1. Description of Service

Pitchzo provides automated guest post outreach and link building software tools. Pitchzo scans publisher databases, dispatches outreach communications, and negotiates pricing based on user-defined parameters such as keywords, domain authority, and budget ceilings.

2. Subscription Billing & Cancellation

Platform access requires an active monthly subscription (Starter, Growth, or Agency tier). Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time via your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.

3. Placement Approval & Payment Terms

Per-placement fees are separate from monthly subscription dues. A placement fee is billed only after Pitchzo delivers a final negotiated offer and you explicitly click to approve the deal. Once an offer is approved and published, placement fees are non-refundable.

4. Prohibited Use Policy

Users may not utilize Pitchzo to:

• Engage in abusive, unsolicited email spamming outside agreed publisher networks.
• Submit content or target domains involving illegal, defamatory, adult, gambling, or predatory topics.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or compromise Pitchzo's automation infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Pitchzo facilitates automated communication and negotiation with independent third-party webmasters and publishers. Pitchzo does not guarantee publisher editorial acceptance, indexed lifetime duration, search engine algorithmic rankings, or organic traffic results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitchzo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent commercial courts.
